We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about helping children thrive and
wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven ABA team.
Role Summary:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with
Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans designed
by a BCBA. Your work directly contributes to meaningful skill development and
improved quality of life for the families we serve.

- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
- Consistently implementing behavior intervention plans with accuracy and care
- Actively supporting client progress and celebrating small wins
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and collaborating with the clinical team
- Demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and reliability in all interactions
- Collecting accurate data and writing thoughtful session notes that help the
team see the full picture of each child’s growth and progress

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies consistently
- Communicate session updates and observations to supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centered care at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, not required)
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain after 6 months (training and support provided)
